Service not available error message in OverDrive, Hoopla, etc.
I’m trying to sign in to a library downloading/streaming service (e.g., OverDrive/Libby, Hoopla, Kanopy) and I’m getting this message: “This service is not available to DBRL cardholders who reside outside our designated service area.”
Many of our downloading and streaming services are restricted to cardholders who live in our designated service area of Boone and Callaway Counties, Missouri. Please contact the library at (573) 443-3161 if you have questions about accessing these services.
